State Champ from Richmond Heights Commits to Shenango
Teon Wynn Jr. a senior at Richmond Heights in Cleveland, Ohio committes to Shenango yesterday. During his tenure at Richmond Heights, Wynn was a Varsity Guard for 3 years, a 3 time district champion, 2 time regional champion, and an Ohio state champion in 2022.
"Teon comes from one of the strongest high school programs in the state of Ohio. We are confident that his championship experience will rub off on our other younger players. Furthermore, his length at his position added with his skill set and shiftiness should make him difficult to guard once he gets a little stronger," said Coach Johnson on his newest commit.
"My cousin, Kyle Jackson, came here last year and said good things about the program so I checked it out. I like the coaching staff and I feel they can help me become a better person and player. I also liked that its a small campus so I can focus on school and basketball and not too far from home so my family can see me play and I can go home if I need something," said Wynn Jr.
Wynn will come to Shenango in the Fall as a business major.
